Tee hee...

If my wife ever discoverd I posted this ...

Christopher up all night, while she tries to get a bit of sleep.

Actually, she knew I took the shot, she even knew I was posting it, cos she suggested it... just to see what people had to say :)

I'm noticing who is still awake.;) Congratulations on the baptisim.

The reason I ask is I am curious as to the whereabouts of Mike Bell, I have hot seen his mug around here for a while.

cfpackerfan wrote in post #3398086 (external link)
Jim, I could be wrong, so don't quote me on this, but I think, when Dimitri started his forum, Mike Bell went over there. He's a moderator and an all around behind the scenes guy there. He did both for awhile, but then just stopped coming here. :( I miss him and his photos.

Edit: It says his last activity here was only 3 days ago. So he still does visit us then. ;)

Oh Cat - I didn't know you cared!

chemicalbro wrote in post #3398153 (external link)
thanks jim
ive only been to a couple of potn meets (they always have them sundays and i work on sunday nights so they don't really suit me)

as Cat says mike is probably hanging out in the new site Dimitri made.. (after dimitri got banned from here)
Mike is a seriously nice guy tho and a hoot to talk to :)

i don't think any of the "scottish" crew hang out here anymore.

"Seriously nice"? ......... Yeah!

BearLeeAlive wrote in post #3398280 (external link)
I have no idea who Dimitri is though. I too just checked Mike's activity, The last post was May 13.
THIS post tells where he went

I always liked the interaction with Mike, he did seem like a real nice guy.

I nearly fell off my seat when I read that Jim!

I'm quite busy in the place that must not be named (external link) but I do check in to see what you reprobates are getting up to! ;)
Jim - I even checked in to SMGG yesterday and I have a good one ready! ;)

I'm not sure, Lonnie. I saw the post, but only at the first stages when people had valid travel advice, so I stopped reading it. I only saw Tommy's post today when the thread jumped to the top again.

But I can imagine....

Yep :) I think that was at about 5:00am, after an all-night scream-fest.

Nope, he was rather quiet during the baptism, unlike most babies who tend to scream when the water is being poured over them. :)

It was locked for a while too, while Tommy was fixing it.

I don't remember my exact words, but I replied to his question asking why he was being personally attacked, to let him know it was because his "opinions and views were extreme, to say the least", and that he always seemed to be confrontational on the forum, and thrive on starting fights in every thread he joined...

I'm "on call" for construction assistance today. Apparently cutting the runners is more or less a one person job. Did have to pound and tighten 10 more bolts though.

So, since my creative juices got a much needed kick in the seat and because it is 100+ heat index today, I'm scrapping and visiting here. Also thought I'd show you the progress.

Before it all began (note the size of my herb garden):( :

Several pages back you saw the demolation of the old walk. Curt setting the forms for the new sidewalk:

Pouring and leveling the sidewalk (quick shots as I was on my way to the first full dress rehearsal and had just done up my hair for the first time, so quick in fact I grabbed Curt's 20D by error):

The framing we got done yesterday and the new sidewalk (note what little is left of my herb garden):

Anyway... I'll wonder about this later.

I just noticed how late it is. Past my bed time...

Thanks Lonnie! I still mess around here from time to time when I'm not too busy in the other place. Can't keep up with this thread though - full time job that is!

For the first time since I joined the forum, I actually got mad and posted my thoughts here.

I guess I may not be posting for a while

An immediate fess-up and promises of future harmony should ease things somewhat. The only thing that would get you a banning order would be something REALLY bad, or continuing agro. Neither of which I would associate with someone of your maturity.
