Well, had a nice weekend away with some friends. Couple of my favourite shots here...

The reason the young girl gas a strange fringe is that he brother decided to give her an un-authorised hair cut. The reason that he has a very short cut is that he tried on himself first... They're little terrors, but as you can see, both angelic.

And yes, they're twins...!

And I want some hard tack candy!

There's plenty for all. ;) Now if I only had your address.....

Pete: Love the perspective on that first shot! Well done. You should post it in WWPD this week even though you already posted one. This one deserves a spot there too. :D
Cute kids. And not the first ones to have 'special' haircuts, LOL.

Yep, it's getting there. I just have two more years worth of images to upload. You can see a sneak peak here: http://www.ldphotography.net/eeTravel/ (external link)

I still have a little tweaking to do after everything is uploaded. There are a few more categories I want to add, so I'll be going through the images again and retagging them, but I'll do that later.

Lonnie, this is looking awesome! Your hard work is paying off. :D

I don't even know what hard tack candy is!

I'm glad it wasn't just me. Thanks for finding out the explanation Crissa; and Cat, thanks for the pics. I see, you don't respond to the snakeskin mini skirt picture request but you do for candy. Hmmmmm.

It is indeed. I'm planning on putting EE in on my site. No doubt I'll be trying to pick your (and Neil's) brain, Lonnie.

Your kids are adorable!!

I had no idea that hard tack candy was a 'hick' thing. We have always made it, and I just assumed that everyone knew what it was. I live a sheltered life, LOL.

I had forgotten about the mini skirt... LOL. I can't seem to find any pics of it. Interesting. And I refuse to take new pics. I'll spare you all the horror. Trust me. I'm not 19 anymore, and I'm not going to pretend I am by posting adolescent pics of me in my avatar like someone here does.

They are real cuties Mark!! Sometimes it seems to me all I take shots of are my kid or nieces and nepews.

Cat that candy sounds like its fun to make, might make up a few batches with Eli for his teachers and cousins.

Crissa, super easy, lots of fun to come up with color combinations to match the flavors.

Word of advice...
Cinnamon, clove, peppermint, spearmint (any of the mints): when you add these oils to the candy mixture, the steam will seriously impair you. You will be pouring those flavors onto the cookie sheet faster than you thought possible, and booking it out of the kitchen gasping for breath with your eyes watering.

If you are making the candy with Eli, may I suggest sticking with fruit flavors? ;)

Lol, yes definately doing the fruit thing, I thought lemon, root beer, orange, grape...along those lines. I'll have to go to the store and see what they have in the way of flavorings.

I love licorice, so I'll definately be doing that too I think.

I'd be glad to help any way I can. It really isn't very difficult to install, but since there's no full documentation, some things can be a little confusing at first. I had to go to Neil two or three times with questions, myself.

My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

I'm doing all right. I spent about 3 hours trying to balance my bank account before I go shopping tomorrow. Seems the bank and I had a $750.00 disagreement.

 Appears as though it was a mathematical problem on my side.
I HATE when that happens.
