I believe there will be tubes *and* a new Dell under the tree for mommy this year! My son always asks why I don't get any presents, so instead of telling him I'm a bad mommy I'll just buy myself some stuff!!

Yup, a good girl you musta been Crissa, way to go. :D
Not sure how good I have been but I plan to do some hefty present buying for myself this year.

Oh, I get thumped by default every few minutes anyhow. She's used to me now. I misbehave to make her appear perfect, after all...

LOL, this has to be Bennett trait, I am constantly getting smacked by all the women in my life, and by the number or bruises I have, it must be too many. ;)

Crissa, I was wondering the same thing.

Jim, Oh, Jim...this is for you but you got to read it out loud to get the full affect:

Mary had a little lamb
Whose feet were black as soot
And everywhere that Mary went
His sooty foot he put!

Becky, my father beat you to the punch with this on almost 50 years ago, though it is funny to hear again. :D

Funny how the ridiculously silly rhymes and songs stick with us forever, but I can't remember things from this morning.
Remides me of another.

Up on the mountain
Where green is the grass
Down came a billy goat
Sliding on his overoat

Lame, huh? :p

Terri, wherever did you get that avatar, it is just too funny. EDIT: I see it is from Cat, figures.

I don't know if her (I assume it is a her) look is cute, sassy, smug, sparkling or just plain nasty. :p

It is a "keeps you guessing" look, perfect!

Back to the Sooty Foot, that came from my mother, she used it a lot as when we were kids also. So that 50 years...just about ties it to when I first heard it. Cute little billy goat saga.

hey all......... just got back online today after a week offline (stupid ISP)
had 2 cable engineers out ,,,, got a replacement modem.. when the guy brought the modem the muppet didn't have the drivers disk for USB....
I ended up having to buy an ethernet cable and fix it my damn self ... (it was pretty evident that I knew a lot more about computers than these so called "experts")
anyways just thought i'd pop in and say Hi

Hi Alan! Good to see you back. Someone was wondering just today (or was it yesterday?) where you had got yourself off to.
Glad to hear it was merely an ISP problem, and that it has been remedied.
I second the vote for Roger in antlers.

Hmmm.. Well, I had an experience tonight that I've not had before. I went along to my firm's Christmas party tonight with my camera (just intending to take a few shots that could be used in the company magazine). As soon as I got the camera out with the big flash on top, people just assumed that I was the official photographer - I was pulled and tweaked and shoted at to get pictures of people.

Totally unreal...

Pretty neat... :D

Nah.. Not billing for them. Totally messed up by leaving the camera on iso800 (why have I NEVER got in the habit of checking iso before a shoot, I'll never know!!)

If you're interested, the shots are here http://s13.photobucket.com …hia/2006_cmck_xmas_party/ (external link) (still uploading, so it'll be a few minutes until they all appear)

I kinda like this one though....

Crissa, way cute.

Pete... a zebra-reindeer crossbreed, neat.
I wonder if the guy in the second pic realizes he is kissing her teeth? LOL and with the guy belching in the background (corona 'll do that to ya) and with that little guy peeking through the middle of the kiss, makes it look a bit 'manage-a-trois' -y Or however you spell it. LOL

Bet you had fun though.
