Peter Boyle died...

This is the first I heard this, what was the cause? He didn't look quite like himself in the last commercial I saw him in and wondered if he had been sick.

The microwave's just fine. it only takes about 5 secs on full power to get that kind of effect. You hit stop as soon as you see the freaky blue sparks appear - it looks just like something out of a science-fiction film...!

Give it a go, it's cool...!! :D

Nice fried CD Pete - I forgot I wanted to try that. Someone did it in the experimental forum and I forgot to write it on my list of things to try. Thanks for the reminder (and the assurance it won't hurt the microwave). :)

Just a shame really that you can't photograph it while it's frying. It looks pretty awesome...

Oh, I've put on the custom function that swaps the * and shutter button around. Hopefully, it'll stop me mis-focusing on things and get the exposure half right most of the time. Have to see how it goes, I guess...!

Doesn't take long to get use to this function I really like it.

It does take a wee bit to get used to, but once you do, you will never go back. ;)

Waggle dance sounds nice. kinda like something that Lonnie would serve. :D

Nah. The banana dance is enough...

I'm not sure. The reports I saw all said he had a history of heart disease and multiple myeloma (a blood related type of cancer), but nothing mentioned exactly which was the cause of death.

My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

I've been seeing lots of xmas tree posts and I have to ask...do a lot of people put curly ribbions on their trees? It is not anyhting I have ever seen before and I keep seeing it here. I've heard of bows, but not multicolored small curled ribbons, they look almost like tinsel.

My wife puts all kinds of stuff on our tree. We have a big curly multi-colored ribbon on top of the tree this year.
