Hi Zane, how is everything? How is your horse with the sore hoof?

Hi Becky, things are good thanks. The foot is healed but left a considerable void in the hoof wall where the infection was. It will grow out like a toe nail and be trimmed a bit at each shoeing. It is not a problem other than getting a good bit with the nail that holds the shoe on.

I should add my directory structure is by month, which seems to help a bit... Even though some months that I'm really active at taking pictures can really choke bridge.

Anybody ever make use of "collections"?

What is "collections"?

Does he need a special shoe or nail until it fills back in? I use to know a lot more about horses. During my high school days my best friend's grandfather had Tennesee Walkers that we rode or took care of every chance we got. Seems I've lost touch over the years.:(

Collections is a very specific vocation. Usually, those that operate Collections hire guys with the name of "Vito", or "Guido". "Vinnie" is popular, but so is "Da Hammah" for some odd reason.

No just a little less bite of the nail and a bit more risk of throwing a shoe in the field
