Awesome shots from the last page, puddle.. Very very nice. Also like how the small size of them has enhanced the subject matter, especially the sand grass.

Just thought I would put up another Cat-Like third post. It's kinda fun to just create post after post after post.

Nice...;)

It's OK, you can show off if you want. I don't mind.

I've often thought of going nuts and doing six or even seven in a row, but I'm not quite ready yet. A little more practice, some more stretching exercises, a good tail wind and I'll do it!

 not sure why that's necessary but:confused:  try broccoli, cauliflower or beans, you will definitely build up some tail wind. :p

Hey, does anyone know if digital cameras wear out from normal use? Like if I take 50,000 pics with my Rebel will it bite the dust? Or can one just shoot away without giving thought to how many "miles" are on the camera? thx

Wanda, the shutter is the time limiting factor. I am not sure how long they are designed to last, I know the 1D's are better built. Maybe someone else can enlighten us. 50,000 shutter actuations sounds like a lot.

50,000 was just a random number, I'm not up to 3000 quite yet. But I am curious about how long a Rebel (or other digital camera) lasts.

Wow! I like them all, but leaning towards #2 (although, purple is my favorite color, so I could be a bit biased there)

Terri, I have a friend who also loves purple, if there is a purple option when purchasing something she is all over it. She has macro photos of mine on her wall because they were taken of insects on purple flowers. It is almost like a disease for her, hopefully you are not quite as striken. ;)

Wanda, here are a couple links from these pages regarding shutter life. I would think by the time a shutter wears out it would be time to replace the body anyway, except maybe on a pro body.
