(The current TPBM, if anyone wonders.) There's a dog park not far from me called Runyon Canyon. Largest dog park in Los Angeles. I wanted to post a picture from there for the request, but I couldn't find a good one that really showed the canyon properly. wu_wei0 wrote in post #2615685 Lonnie bailed on theGreat HD Recovery Quest. I did not! I just got sidetracked... Hey! I like that idea even better... My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

OOOOOH! I am sooooo aggravated! I have finally gotten to the point where I am ready to transfer some of my prints to digital files. Having had a bit of foresight prior to getting my digital cam, I started having my prints saved to a CD at the time of processing. I dug out two sets of prints that have a few shots I am pleased with along with the CD (processed at Wal Mart). Guess what? Nothing on the CD. Nuttin'! Now I know that I can scan these prints, but it's the principle of the thing dammit!ok rant over Better to scan the negatives Terri - you'll get better IQ. If your scanner doesn't have that option, take your negatives to a good photo shop - they'll do it for you. www.athenacarey.com
