It has been quiet lately. Everyone is catching up on work or traveling somewhere. I'm on lunch break, so legally here at the moment, lol. That pic is outstanding! I can almost pluck the feathers. I already studied your exif, lol.

Thanks Wanda. I have no idea what kind of goose he is though. The shot's fairly ordinary though, in comparison to what the guys in the Birds section post up...!

I try to stay out of the Birds section. I turn green. I tried to get shots of hummingbirds last summer with kit lens on the Rebel, lol. I think I might have a shot at it with the brick this summer if I get to borrow it again then.

I'm here (occasionally and only just about  ).

The DSL link at work has been down for over a week so I've had no chance of popping in when quiet or during breaks ;) to keep up so it's been a case of playing catch up in the evenings. Finally gave up last Friday and set up a dialup account to be able to get our e-mails here (so I'm popping on while I'm downloading them ;)

Mind you Pete - even though I'm only popping into the chat threads, there is the occasional picture that slows me down to a crawl ;)

BT are supposed to be working on it, but I have seen no movement for ages. They are telling our ISP that it's a problem with the 'radius tunnel', whatever that is! Grrrrr.

Got to go home now - if the last batch of e-mails have finished. See you all later.

So here's the latest update on my pains...

I woke up with this EXTREME headache. It hurts so much I can feel my heart beating in my head... the whole front of it is pulsing. :(

neck still hurts like murder.

Visited my M.D. this morning and he wanted a CT scan to rule out internal bleeding in the noggin and I have an MRI scheduled in about 45 minutes to see what's wrong with my neck and upper back. So far, no answers and TONS of pain.

Oh, and I got a shot in the butt. Demarall or however it's spelled. I feel really woozy and sleepy right now. lol

Theague sorry to hear your woes. Cat scans are less than 5 minutes with instant results. MRI take around half an hour or so. They may run you through it then inject a contrast and run it again. Results from the MRI sometimes take longer unless there is a radiologist there to read them. Ask for ear plugs if they don't offer them. Good luck let us know if they find anything.

Dr.Z is guessing a neck problem (bulged disk?) that is causing a muscle tension migrain. Good luck~Zane

Let us know how the tests go, Theague.

On the bright side (you have to find a bright side, ya know) when you've been hurting, those shots of demoral are pretty nice. ;)
