I think I have a fault on my new Sigma 100-300 F4 EX DG, see https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=213452. I got the lens from onestop-digital but I just read there website and they only except returns within 3 days of receipt, and I have had it 2 weeks, I should have tested it sooner.

Can I speak to Sigma Uk or do I have to contact someone else? Has anyone else had a fault with a Sigma lens

Thanks

Mike

Most of the time that is 3 days for money back.... they should swap you lenses though without issue. Give them a call. Otherwise, send it in to Sigma - you will likely get it back calibrated and working like a gem. The latter solution takes longer but you know you'll get it back right. Working with the dealer will get you a replacement faster - but I have found that lenses returned from calibration are better setup then new from factory.... just my experience. Cheers and good luck.
