I took this one some time ago, but decided to go back and reprocess it. Again, I put my classic duotone conversion on it, but added a bloom this time. I know that some love the bloom while others absolutely hate it. I like how it gives this shot a real softness, even though the subject matter probably doesn't call for such a soft, dreamy mood. If you're planning to say that things are blown out or underexposed, that's just a result of the bloom which softens highlights and shadows at edges.
If memory serves correct, I think this was taken near the Port Authority in Manhattan, 42nd street & 8th avenue.
