I agree with Wayne, it certainly has the markings of the Laughing Gull with juvenile markings. Nice shot Blue, exposed perfectly with the contrast between black and white and good in-flight too, well done.

Very nice shot Blue, it does look like the 1st year Laughing Gull rather than the Franklin's Gull.
