These little birds don't stay still for long, it's tricky to get a decent shot. Was very dark today, this was taken @ ISO800 with a bit of flash from a remote 550ex.

Cheers all. Would have been nice to get a shot without the log covering part of the bird but it wasn't to be today. Next time :)
