i dont use this very often but did today .
1dmk2 1/750 sec f8 iso 125 hand held too :)
ps i left my backer tin at the lake so if anyone find's it post it on please.

Nicely exposed, I like the pose, detail is good and bokeh is nice. That combo works nicely and hand held to boot...Very nice!

I don't know if I can hand hold that kind of setup but you did a good job on your excellent capture Rob. And, yes, the 500 f/4 L IS has been on my wish list for sometime now.
