I got these 3 birds on Sunday , the bluejay was at the pond and the Nashville and the Catbird were at Mudlake here in Ottawa, all 3 were taken with my 200, The Nashville is a new bird for my lifelist and is not exactly the best shot but I want to share it regardless ,,, your C & C is welcome and appreciated

Great series of shots. All with excellent detail and focus and great color. The bluejay is really nice with a great pose and beautiful colors. Nice work!

Sometimes you get what you can ie photo #1 :)
The blue jay shot is way to bright IMO I would tone it donw a bit in pp, and #3 is great and if you could clone out that small twig in front that would be perfect. Thank you for sharing.

The Nashville Warbler is a keeper Wayne and much better than the few I got of this species that morning ( or any other time). The Jay is beautiful although a little bright on my monitor. The Catbird looks great and nicely exposed with lots of detail...nice low angle.

The blue jay is brilliant. Maybe the colors are a bit bright as some people are saying, but I love the fact that the blue color really pops.

thanx everyone for your kind words ,,, I kinda agree with the jay being a bit hot but I kind of thought it was riding a thin line between hot and blown ,,, truth be told I liked the blues so much i didn't want to change it lol:lol: thanks again everyone for taking the time to comment

The Nashville Warbler is a nice addition to your files...one that I still don't have any of. I must admit that I think the Jay shot is too bright for my liking (sorry, just being honest here). The catbird, apart from the clipped tail, is very cool...gotta love the eye!
