I recently had to send back my 50mm 1.8 because it was front focussing quite badly. Sent it to warehouse express on friday, today (tuesday) the door goes and its the postman with a new lens... Now that is simply amazing service if you ask me... They'll be getting a lot more custom off me because of that!

Are you sure it's not yours back again? ;)
I've only used them once (Giottos Rocket Blower), but that came next day. Very good!

I've used W.E. quite a few times - great prices and fantastic service.

I returned a 70-200L ( I'd managed to get hold of one from another dealer while W.E. were waiting for stocks to arrive ) - the money was returned to my account very rapidly, and they even refunded my postage costs !

I’ve used them quite a quite a few times. Any problems have been handled very quickly; usually they pick up the faulty item when the new one is being delivered.

I’ve just had to return two Sigma 24 – 70mm f2.8 lenses, due too front focusing issues with no problems what so ever. I’m now just waiting for my card to be refunded.

I’d recommend them!

John

its good to see an internet retailer that actually bothers with after sales care - and does it so well.

and no, it wasn't the same lens :P

W/E are a very good company. I received my Canon 50mm 1.8 today - hope it wasn't your returned one;)

Have used them for several years for purchasing three scopes and several hi-spec pairs of binoculars for birding. Highly recommended.
