Many L Lenses have a flourite element. Me thinks, its were that contrasty/creamy picture comes from. But the question sounds like someone is fishing to snatch a lens from you. 5D | 17-40L | Tammy 28-75 2.8 | 28-135 | 50/1.8 | 85/1.8 | Sony A6000 2-Lens Kit | SEL35 1.8 | EF 50 1.8 on NEX as my 75mm 1.8

That would be in the new Dell DSLR, soon to be released, instead of exploding batteries, it has exploding lenses. Canon Rebel XT & BLACK POTN Strap

They used very slim white or cream colored propane tanks and had a red ring around the top end to indicate a Live round hence the L nomenclature.

Okay, first no more lead in the glass, is fluorite next? Have Fun, Well, if you want to go to that extreme, you can blow the hell out of something with simple flour if you can disperse it into a fine enough dust. Canon Rebel XT & BLACK POTN Strap
