Some very good shots you have here! My votes go for #1 and #3. Great poses, and very sharp. Great work. Thanks for sharing.

These are very beautiful images with nice colours and details Jason. For clarity, detail and colour and CUTENESS is the Robin and gets my vote, followed closely by the Starling for it's outstanding detail, thirdly for the best pose is the Nuthatch, well done.

Exelent timing on geting the small bird stiking his tongue out.... hehehe :)

but this will be ok. it seems 1,3 wins as for the sparrow hawk a bit much to ask from a big crop + i tryed to clean it up in photoclean express and it made it look like a painting?

thanks justin if u havent got the bigma yet try before u bye . ive had myn for a year
and my only 2 complaints 1. no focus limit switch wich i new any way.
2, its not all that sharp wide open 400mm 5.6 500mm 6.3, here in the uk winter can be very dull so ill have to use iso 800 to get the best. as u r from oz do you have plenty of sun./bright days

No 4 the starling is my favorite, but no 5 the sparrowhawk (while not sharp ) is also a good capture,as i know how flighty these can be.
