Experimental tone on portraits

Played around with photoshop once again, trying to experiment on tones. I was trying to achieve a certain feel but I can't brand anything to call it.

The photos are excellent and the post processing seems to have improved them even more. Very nice work all the way around. I like the light, the composition is excellent, the feel of them speaks volumes, at least to me. And the tone just pushes them over the top. A very happy group of images, even #3.

I think you're on to something there with the tonal changes. i think it really fits the subjects.

Nice shots, I like the last one the best. Personally, I prefer your old style of PP but either way this is still very good.
