More from this last weekend. All taken with canon 1DS MKII.
First moonlight across the bay, 17-35 F2.8 lens, 15sec @f22, ISO50, ND grad, tripod, timer, mirror lock-up.

Lovely images, very mellow! I have to ask, what is that in the foreground on the 1st image? It looks like a mini Dalek :D
How did you manage to prevent converging verticals in the 2nd from such a low viewpoint? Any PP?

You really should publish a book of east coast picture Les! I like the first two and the last, the others seem over saturated and again those orange lights in the second to last street...maybe in B&W would have better effect, add some contrast to the texture of the bricks and road??

My 2 cents :) but as usual outstanding work.

This place looks very pretty Les,it has a feel of the Med in it,narrow street with the lights low down,small pavement and so on,you know what i mean.
Lovely expossure too.

I took a load of pics at whitby a few months ago but none of them were anywhere like yours!!. Thanks anyway because now I've decided to go back and try harder!!. Great pics...
