Yesterday we went to visit some friends who live by the sea & was able to grab an hour just before the sun started to go down at the beach. I took a few & these were some that I liked. I welcome any CC & would love to know what any of you think.

Thanks WilliamL! I think actually I should've posted 1 & 2 elsewhere as really this is just the people section, I wasn't thinking, LOL! I'm gonna sort that out now.

Thanks Henry_b, I think that is my fav image too, the lighting was so nice that time of night. I'm thinking I should shoot more in this kindda light, it was great to work with & gave a healthy glow to those I was shooting!

Kagemaru, thanks again for the compliments, yeah he was looking serious I guess, but I wanted him to. Anyhow here's one where he is half smiling is that any better?

yeah that works for me.. I think it has to do with his shirt being unbuttoned seems to go better with a relaxed look. Just my opinion.

Love 3 & 4, beautiful shots. In the first 1, I think I find his white shirt distracting. I like the second tighter shot better.

I love the diffuse glow (if that's what it is) used on the little girl running- it really works well here.
