newbie who like toys

hopefully you guys can help me.

i have the g3 with the lensmate adaptor and the kenko telephoto and a uv filter.

i basically want a wide angle and a close up lens.
i'm confused on the lensmate site, are the macro filters the close up lens or does that add on to somewhere?
silly question i know, but it's confused me.

also is the Raynox DCR 720 good enough for wide angle.
i like taking pictures and like new things that's all. someday i hope to actually read the g3 manual so i can take proper pics.

until then can someone please help me to spend some more money.

Macro filters are what they say, filters. They fit onto the lensmate adaptor (58mm for the canon one) and allow you to get right in close. They're just good quality magnifying glasses really.
I have a +10 and a +15 which let you get very very close but this is at a cost of very poor depth of field.

I don't know anything about the Raynox lens though.

I am using the Raynox, which I got from Lensmate. I would recommend getting the adaptor and leave it on the lens. It makes it much easier to change than constantly screwing and unscrewing on one adaptor.
