bigma sparrrow hawk

hello to all.
tried to get the best out of this shot as it the only time ive seen the bird localy.
posted this the other day and it didnt look rite. as i used photoclean express.
this time useing adobe tell me wot u think . many thanks

Can you make it bigger

That definitely looks like the same type of hawk I caught on camera over the zoo here.
I was told it is a Cooper's Hawk. Check out the picture "red tail hawk? in flight" VERY similar pictures!
