which tripod for 70-200

Basically the subject says it
I am looking for model recomendations for tripod that can handle rebel with 70-200 IS. It would be ideal for it also to support other heads for VR or Panorama. I did a search in forums and came out with some good recomendations for tripods, however if possible i would like to hear from actual users using 70-200 on tripod

I am a giottos fan. I just got a real sweet Hakuba Carbon Fiber Tripod. Anything sturdy should do you fine.
