Found this one yesterday at the mouth of the Salmon River on the Oregon Coast.

I think he may be a 4th year. His head is not quite fully white yet.

Very nice picture of bald eagle. You have to love to see them in the wild! To get a good picture of them is even better!!

Anytime you can capture a wild Bald Eagle you've done good. Very nice! I hate canned photos of birds of prey.

Nice shot of the balding. Out of all the birds, this one gets me excited when I see them out in the wild. Nice one!

Thanks everyone for your comments. I appreciate them.

One thing I didn't catch was the crow sitting just above this guy. The eagle didn't seem to care that the crow was just above him.

Keith, I can totally relate about getting excited. Every time I see a bald eagle, I literally get almost giddy! It turns me into a little kid faster than anything.
