few members here praise for them. Too bad that Mark II N price is not lower than B&H.

Bubble you have just caused me to order my 5D after a month of agony!! Haha I have wanted to do this for quite sometime and I think that even if Canon has a rebate on this next month, it won't surpass this deal. I am sure it wont be found for $2639. I took $2950 - $300 and that is $11 more than I paid LOL.

So I am hoping I did the right thing.

Here is my entire order:

From BlueStripePhoto:
5D
BG-E4

From BH:
Bogen/Manfrotto 3021BPro Legs w/ 488RC2 head
Giottos Rocket Air Blower (Large)
Canon BP-511A Battery
EF 70-200mm 2.8 IS USM
580EX

Grand total of.........

drum roll please........

I took many deep breaths as I did each purchase haha... So crazy I just did this!!!

$5,150.10

I realize I only have the 70-200 for a lens now on my 5D but that will soon change... Like next month I will have more money for a couple more lenses :D

So it's all good. As long as I get my camera and grip haha. Saved just under $300 thank you Bubbles!

lolz Jeff. Congrat on your new 5D & 70-200mm 2.8 IS USM. You will love this lens. Next lens recommendation: 16-35 L. Perfect wideangle for your 5D. ;)

That is a nice price, but I couldn't help but notice they also have a package where they sell the 5D with the Sigma 18-50mm DC lens. Thats going to make someone pretty unhappy when they receive it.

I'm taking pictures of everything, so go ahead and take this place away from me.

That's another thing that I was unsure about, but I emailed them and said, "uhh...EF-S lenses don't mount to EF moutn 5Ds" their response was "yes they do" so I linked the canon spec sheet for the 5D, and there responded with, "oh, there used to be a 18-50 that mounted" Obviously I wasn't too impressed with that answer, glad I ordred tho, I love my 5D. I just emailed them again and they said that those 5Ds won't be shipping for 2-3 weeks, which is funny, considering it says they are in stock. While their prices are great, their customer service is crap.

Do they charge tax if order from CA? So tempted, I felt very bad that I missed the deal from Dell last time :-)
