I was on my way home and spotted a Common Buzzard taking off from a field. I pulled over to the side of the road
and grabbed a few shots, with the settings I had used ealier in better light. The shutter speed was way down
(1/25s with 700mm focal length) so I'm surprised anything came out of it. I guess for once I got somewhat lucky
with the panning. :)

What do you think, does it work?

I like!

In fact, if you'd said it was deliberate, I'd believe you!

;)

I think you hit the jackpot Anders. 1/25s panning and you got the head and body in focus. Almost a miracle in my book. :D Nice job man.

Doesn't really work for me but it does show you have some panning skills for sure.

Hi Andres,
unusal shot, has a very arty look, doesn't really work for me, I think the bird looks too blue which make it look more unreal,
all in all good catch,
Regards,
Clare
