Crescent Lake, near our house here in Saint Petersburg, is becoming one of my favorite places to take photographs of the kids. Here are a few that I took of six year old Sylvia earlier this evening.

Shot with the 135L on the 1D MkIIn. I'm thinking I should have had the ISO turned up 1/3 to 2/3of a stop higher as the shutter speeds were a little lower than I would have liked. Or maybe a wider aperature like f/2.8. It's tough when the three year old brother is just outside of the frame about to jump into the lake to tackle the ducks.

f/5.6; 1/80s; ISO 400.

Lovely shots of a real cutie......she knows how to work with the photographer and if she keeps that up, could definitely do some modelling work now in advertising.
Roger.

Many thanks, bikerider. Maybe we should put her to work.
