I was invited along to photograph the trucks but in the end spent most of the two days on the track/pits. First time i have been to Rockingham and i was madly snapping so they may not be framed very well

C+C always welcomed

Nice pics

I was there on the Sunday & took a number of pics with my new camera.

I go to Rockingham fairly regularly & find it a photographer friendly place until you are on the outside of the track (damn fence!).

Would love to get media level of access!

I have only just registered on this forum & posted some of my pics under Rockingham Ovalfest)

Very nice job!

Some questions for you. Did you use AI servo mode? What focus point do you use? Which IS mode do you use, 1 or 2?

I just recently picked up some new Canon equipment and haven't had the chance capturing cars at speed. I will be at the Prescott rally next weekend and am searching for pointers.

Thanks,
lugnutz
