Does anyone know if it is possible to get the above manual as a pdf?
If yes where can it be found?

Check out this link, it comes from Eos magazine, which is a UK based magazine for eos people. there is a link to order manuals, and they have pretty much everything - but I think they want paying. It shouldn't be much though.

Actually they want £4.05 - not sure if it is a PDF file or a photocopy or an original.
