Marie, good to see you out and about! The shots are so interesting. There was so much ivy in the background. I am a little distracted, but the first one is the middle of a story. Where were you?

I cycled to the racecourse near the close of the meeting last evening
(the St Leger 2006 )

I agree with you about the creeper behind being a bit distracting
( I think it is cotoneaster . I have it growing in the back garden and this looks very like it)

it was a lovely setting in reality

the ladies friends may have been collecting their winnings :confused:
