Does anyone know if a canon 80-200 2.8 L class lens will work with the 1.4X EF EXT II and 2x extenders?

The "Magic Drainpipe" (80-200 f2.8L) is not one of them. That is one reason why folks upgrade to one of the 70-200 f2.8Ls. Check here for the list: Rick

However, the Kenko Pro or Tamron SP teleconverters work very well with it. I've used the Kenko Pro 1.4x on my 80-200L with very minimal quality loss. Very nice.
