actually no smoothing was done on this shot! I do agree with you though, maybe I should add some grain

:confused:

theres tons of detail in the skin around her eyes, and on her body, but non in her cheeks, forehead and chin. Something was done, but its still a nice pic regardless

I swear to you nothing was done with smoothing. The sepia probably makes it stand out more, but the only thing done beyond the sepia conversion was to sharpen the eyes and dodge the lips so the lipstick didn't stand out so much and to add a gaussion blur to the background to fade her hair in
