Nice - maybe color only his eyes may add a little more to the shot? or color for the whole of his face/body?

Peek-a-boo! I love it. The B&W version has a totally different feel to it. Your focus on the eye is spot on and the whole image portrays pure childhood playfulness. Nice one.

Did you use on camera flash? I think that's what I don't really like about it.... very cute idea though. Cute little person :0)

I'm sure that this was a captured moment, but if you had staged it I would say maybe dialing the flash down a little so you still get the catchlights in those beautiful eyes, but not the harsh shadows. Maybe? just my $.02 Great composition tho'
