nice capture, very good BG.
the bird is not sharp enough, you dont post your exif, there is no way to give a correction - if insufficient SS what to do in order to try to increase it, or if it is just camera shake.

Nice pose and compostion. The branches and foliage frame the bird quite nicely. The exposure is also nicely done. Nice one :)!
