I have been doing alot of reading on these two lenses. From what i have read the 28-105 is a great lens. My question is does anyone have both lenses or have experieces with both lenses. Is the 28-200 as good as the 28-105. Am I losing anything by the longer focal length, and if so what am I losing. Is it worth the longer lenght or should i stick with the 105. Thanks for all your help.

Canon 7D - Canon 50D - Canon 28-135 IS - Canon 580 EXII - Canon 15-85 - Canon 10-22 - Canon 70-200 IS 4.0L - Canon 400L 5.6

Here is the 28-200 (external link)

Here is the 28-105 f3.5-4.5 (the good one) (external link)

If you are talking about this 28-105 f4-5.6 STAY AWAY!! (external link)

The good one 28-105 f3.5-4.5 seems like the best bet.
