Fist of all, a big thank you to cgratti for excellent shipping and emails.
Onto the lens. The first thing I noticed is that this thing is (like my other Sigma EX) built like a tank. It feels very solid and focuses quick. Picture quality is great so far. The manual focus ring is very smooth. However, I don't understand why the weather has to go to crap every time I get a new lens.
Same thing happened with my Sig 24-70.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this lens so far and if it weren't raining outside right now, I'd be shooting. Looks like I'll be turning the dorm into a studio for the rest of the night
