Can Rollei lenses be fitted with a EF mount?

Just curious if it is possible for a Rollei lens (50mm f1.8) from a Rollei SL35 mount to be converted to a Canon EF mount?

The lens is absolutely flawless but the camera has seen better days as the shutter locks up. So I am wondering if the lens is junk too or if it can be converted.

Before recently I didn't even know it was possible for any old film lens to be converted to EF mount by buying an adapter and now I wonder if it is possible.

If you know if it is possible or if you know of a manufacture of just about all conversion mounts please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks Juan, that answers that question I think. I think I might just try that then and so cheap best of both worlds.
