Can someone explain to me the difference between a ND grad and a grey grad?

I don't know the deference between this cards .but for landscapes my favorite is Cokin grad ND, or however you want to call them (grey grad)
It works for me
If i shoot a picture without sky, i use regular ND filters
I just want to see 2 shots, one with a grad ND and the same picture with the same settings with Cokin ..grey grad
I don't think you will see any deference ,and if you do, you have to place the picture side by side to see the deference
Thanks Emmanuel

A grey grad will leave a slight color cast in the image. A true GND has a color to it but it is Neutral and will not leave a color cast in the image. BUT not to confuse you, some people don't notice the color cast from a grey grad & others like it . I guess it could always be removed when post processing, Just another step :) They are a LOT cheaper.
