Shot with 1D Mark II N, 70-200mm f/2.8. Was just messing around on a break from class and saw my friend enjoying a cigarette so I just took a quick snapshot of her.

PP was as follows (since I know I wonder what goes on in other peoples photos):
-Gradient Map layer eplacing shadows with dark brown tones set to 15% overlay
-Channel mixer layer set to monochrome, 70R/20G/10B
-Curves layer (with headband masked out) to lighten up facial complexion, darken background
-very slight facial retouching to remove a few blemishes, and some dodging of smoke to make it stand out more, minor cropping of black space at the top of the frame
-USM @ 300%, radius 0.4, threshold 0
-Then all merged, duplicated, and the duplicate layer blurred @ radius 2.0 and set to lighten and layer opacity @ 50% for a very slight softening/shine effect
