By itself it is very sharp and being able to get such a shallow DOF at f1.8 or even f2.5 you can control background blur wonderfully. |SportsShooter Member

I don't hate macs or OSX, I hate people and statements that portray them as better than anything else. Macs are A solution, not THE solution. Get a good desktop i7 with Windows 7 and come tell me that sucks for photo or video editing.

How do you like the 200mm with and without the TC? I heard it's one of the best sports lens on a 1.6 crop camera. Maybe I'll get one someday. Hopefully by then, I would have had enough practice to be able to take great photographs like you and the others here in the Sports Forum.
