Hi,

I'm trying to get a feel of how the 350D will loook with the Sigma 70-300 APO Macro.
I've found photos of the lens on different cameras, but I cant find many of the lens on a 350D. The few I found werent clear enough.

What I'd like to see are photos of:

  1. The sigma 70-300 APO on a 350D - Front
  2. The sigma 70-300 APO on a 350D - Profile
  3. The sigma 70-300 APO on a 350D - Top
  4. A photographer in the street with this combination.

Why? you ask- well I'm just trying to get a good feel of the dimentions of this lens on this camera, because I'm considering it as my next lens (The kit just dosn't cut it), and several people told me it looks rediculously big on the 350D, even though it really isn't a big lens.

If anyone could forward me to photos such as these, or post some- I'd be greatful.
Thanks

Any lens looks ridiculously big on the 350D. :D

Here's a side view at least:

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)

Haha ok. Only one I could find too. I guess not many people post shots of it after buying it.

I have it, right now I am having problems with error 99. It does look big, expecialy with the hood on it. without it it just doesn't look porportional, so I keep it on.

I have that lens and the sigma 17-70

the 17-70 feels heavier. That being said I am thinking about getting a grip to keep it steadier.

Get a grip :)

no pun intended, the grip will make the xt bigger, lens look less big.
