These were taken in the Smokies. I used the Canon 100 macro on a Rebel XT. ISO 200, 1/50, F6.3 . I got up early to catch a sunrise but it was to foggy so concentrated on flowers and running water.

Here's a couple of the running water. I just stopped off the side of the road to take these. These were shot with a Sigma 24-70mm 2.8.
# 376 was shot at ISO 100, 1.6 sec, F16 at 48mm
# 383 was shot at ISO 100, .5 sec, F13 at 70mm
