The first one was just turned b&w and then added a layer of midnight sepia with low opacity

I agree that #1 is the most artistic, very well done. The others are well exposed and the colors are great. I really like the traditional clothing for this type of shoot. You do have to watch your cropping though. On #3 & #7 you seem to have cropped the feet off.
