Looks like it had enough of the water! I like the still-wet bill.

Beautiful shot here Stephen and I like how the fill acentuated the moisture on the bird, very nice!

They are not easy to get right either. Yours is perfect.

Nice shot Stephen. I like how you included some of the sand in the frame.

You don't know what you're missing out there. Lots of mushrooms at Mud Lake. Photographed one the other day that looked like a brain. The Great Horned Owl at Mud Lake can still be seen quite frequently. I saw it both yesterday and this afternoon. It was sitting high up today. The winds were quite strong so both the tree and the owl were swaying around quite a bit. I gotta give it to these creatures for surviving in the wild.
