A) You should not hand hold camera when you test focus.
Using tripod will give you more reliable results.

B) You should test lens at all aperture values (and all major focal lengths in case of zoom lens.)

C) In this two examples your lens seems to be spot on.

What we see depends mainly on what we look for.

Let's try to look at this whole issue a bit differently. When using the lens for "normal" photography, have you noticed anything that would lead you to believe that the lens (camera ?) might suffer from focus inaccuracies ?

well i shot a spider up close and came out not as sharp as my kit lens. Dunno might have been user error but i thought id give it a shot since i bought the lens used.

OK.....so there is a concern which stems from a spider shot. The "user error" sounds so harsh, we all have hundreds if not thousands of photos with imperfect focus...that's a way of photography.
If you are trying to shoot a small spider at 4 ft at f/4 that is not the easiest thing for your camera AF to accomplish.

Your focusing charts indicate that the camera/lens combo might be focing OK......what aperture were those charts shot at ?

Either way, I'd suggest you keep shooting real objects and exploring your camera/lens performance that way......there are many ways in which AF can go astray......a good practice is to actually verify thru the VF that the focus has locked right....refocus several times, perhaps slightly moving the camera/lens, almost like feeling your way around the target with that AF sensor point, see what difference that would make.

all shot at f/4 and i used the center focus point and manually selected it.

I thought the focus was spot on when looking at it

Looks fine to my eyes, I'd just get out and shoot a bunch with it and see how it performs in real photographic situations. I've never focus tested any of my lenses and have no intentions of doing so.
