TarponTim and I went birding today (by today i mean 6am this morning), and here are some of my shots. im sure he'll be posting some later.

So that's how you birders do it...very interesting bird picture story...From start to finish, you had me anxiously waiting in anticipation as each photo unfolded to it's own merits.

They all are a story to itself, last one being, the neatest sets of feathers in a majestic wingspan...

Excellent series of shots, love the various colours of the shots and though the reddish egrets are very good shots and a beautiful bird, I think the third shot is an excellent close up of the White Ibis, nice ones well done.

that is a white ibis. they are fairly common here. but this one let me get really close to him (that was taken with my 70-200, so i was right on him)

You have taken some excellent shots here Bill, but my favorite one has to be the last one, I like the transparentness of the feathers, great shots
