All from this morning, a misty, damp , drissly walk with my dogs around Chevin Forest, my home town.

All with a canon 1DS MKII, first, 1/10sec @ f8, iso400, 180mm macro, tripod.

No, it's not me, this was an 'opportune' type of shot, I'd noticed the opening at the end of the path, and although it looked interesting, I felt it needed something else to make it work, I waited until this chap and his dog wandered along, the only longish lens I had with me was a 180mm macro, but it did the job :)

Great series. The first one is kinda' eery to me. Looks like it could be a movie poster. Walking into the light or dragging something into the foggy unknown. ;)
The second is my favorite. The trail leading in from the corner, the depth and the colors are fantastic. Great job! :grin:

Thats the first thing I thought of as well:) I must be watching too many scary things on TV.

I think I like the second one the best though as the mist showing through the trees really gives it that quiet early morning look.

They are all good, but the first one is a wall hanger. I like the fourth one, too. The colors and details are superb.
