Hope this is the right place for these......
Not something I tend to shoot but enjoyed it nevertheless......
all taken in situ along a river bank!

#2 is great and the visitor really adds to the shot. You might want to try posting these in the Nature forum as well.

Thanks very much guys for the comments......These shots were taken with the Sigma 70-300apo not the best lens on the market by any means but for a budget lens it has a good go.

DOH! I did look for the correct place to put these and just couldn't see anything that said flowers......should have gone to spec savers! :D....I'll post them there now.

Great DOF on all the shots Ken - the fly on the second really adds further interest to the image but I think the campion (No.3) wins the day in my book - good shooting

THanks David, I knew what two and three are but I am struggling for a name for the first, I don't suppose you know? It's not something like "lambs ear" is it?
