Ok so i have been really thinking about upgrading to the Sigma 70-200 2.8 DG or new DG macro.
Now My buddy just got the new DG Macro version the other day for his new Nikon D80...we went shooting today and it seems his lens is a bit soft wide open..and I know there is gonna be sometimes its soft..but that wasnt a big deal cause I figured it was pretty good wide open when shot properly..the main proplem is that is had a degree of BAD CA's and purple fringing
is this something normal with this lens. or is there something wrong with his copy..From all the reviews I saw it seems this lens should suffer from this.
