Thanks folks..ya, little #2 really has the eyes...she was in a dark spot and getting a clear shot was a challange...I have four or five more of her all in motion, buit fortunatly this one was the best pose and happened,by luck, to be reasonably sharp.. Dante, next year I'm hoping to cater you for the food (do you travel ?) It was a bit on the light side this year...and I may just do a section on Downs kids eating potato chips...every time I put the camera to my eye a little hand would come up and pop in a potato chip!

all the credit in the world couldnt be enough to express the expressions on those little ones faces, those photos are fantastic. From the smile on that lil guys face to the eyes of the lil girl in the second one an to finish of with how safe an happy the lil guy feels in the ladys arms in the third is just adorable. Thank you for showing me something as beautiful as the little ones look

Thanks Stevie...you ought to see them all when they are at the annual pool party...I don't get many photos there 'cause I'm usually one of the lifeguards....;)

Good job peachster. I like #1 very much. Sometimes when you forget about shutter speeds and ISO's the best images occur, those with gallons of heart.

Ya..in fact I get lost in the faces a little too often and have way to much pp to do as the iso's and shutter speeds are sorly neglected when I'm in that lost mode...and that reminds me of a note of caution: I use the center red dot only for focus on faces, and the red dot goes into the closest eye..causing me to almost always cut off the top of the head... wish the height of that red dot was adjustable..the lower center dot is too low..
